I think they should've actually given you a choice at that point of the game; join Ganon or fight him. It would've been awesome to see an alternate ending.

I love alternate courses in games, especially when I can keep up with them. Lol. Then you would love inFamous. The game is full of Karma moments where you can choose between a good and evil action. Whether you're good or evil doesn't affect the main plot very much, but it does affect your powers, reputation, and who you associate with, not to mention how the game ends. @l33t: Lol, yeah. The very first time I got to the ending of TTYD, I chose to go with the Shadow Queen.
